SOCIAL DISTANCING

The US Department of Health and Human Services recommends preparing for the Flu season with a flu vaccination, practicing proper hand hygiene frequently throughout the day, use email and mobile phones to communicate instead of face-to-face contact and avoid close contacts with people showing flu like symptoms. This is known as social distancing and it is an important protective behavior to limit the risks of exposures from droplet, aerosol transmissions from sneezing and coughing, or contaminated surface transmission during flu season.
